An actress is promised the leading role in a new movie. In order to "understand the character" more she enters an asylum. The nice director she is working for has her committed, without her knowing. He then auditions 6 other actresses. She escapes and returns to the spooky old mansion where the auditions are taking place. But who's killing off the others? More of a slasher movie than anything, but a pretty good plot.

It's the same night as the original Halloween. Michael Myers is around the neighborhood, after being gunned by Dr.Loomis six times. (6 times and he's still alive geesh!) Now, he's in a hospital where the girl Laurie Strode was taken and out to get her again. Not as good as the original.

Now this Halloween was frightening. No, not that it was gory...but rather it had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the first 2 in the series!! An evil toymaker has plans to kill millions of American children on Halloween night with deadly masks. I wouldn't watch this one again if you paid me a million bucks!
